We take care of everything! We take care of all the preliminary steps before publishing the advert and then during the rental management. This includes taking the photos, optimising the advert and prices, all communication with the guest, check in / check out of the client, cleaning, laundry with ironing and any incident management of any kind (maintenance / insurance / incidentals).

We know how important your property is to you, that's why we help you to keep your home in perfect condition. No matter if it is changing a light bulb or a complete renovation, we can take care of any work you need.
Check in / Check out
If you just need us to help you with the guest welcome, we take care of everything. We know how important a warm welcome is.
We take care of the previous communication with the tenant so that he/she knows the best way to get to the flat before the trip starts.
We will be waiting for the tenant at any time and when he/she arrives we will showthem around, tell them about the rules and answer any questions they may have.
We will give them tips so that they feel at home and know where the supermarkets are, the best restaurants and anything else.
